PURPOSE: A spring loaded filter clamping frame and a filter are provided to improve an effect of a filtering apparatus by using a high quality filter on an existing filtering apparatus without remodeling the filtering apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A spring loaded filter clamping frame(10) comprises: a rear frame part(12) and a front frame part(36) fixing a filter element while limiting the inner space; and a frame biasing member placed between the rear frame part and the front frame part. The rear frame part comprises a protrusion part(30) extended toward the inner space after being adhered to the rear frame part, and a rear latch device. The front frame part comprises an opening(46) interacting with the protrusion part, and a front latch device interacting with the rear latch device. The front frame part is able to be coupled to the rear frame part by a sliding type.
