PURPOSE: A cell culture apparatus with an improved membrane is provided to uniformly transfer information between cells, and to uniformly culture the cells. CONSTITUTION: A cell culture apparatus comprises a well plate(10) and a plurality of inserts(20). The well plate has an upper side, a lower side, and a plurality of wells(13) which penetrates the upper side. The plurality of inserts is inserted into the wells. The inserts have a plurality of cell receiving grooves(21). A membrane with a plurality of uniform through-holes is formed at the lower portion of the cell receiving groove. The plurality of through-holes supports the cells received in the cell receiving groove, and helps interaction between cells received in the cell receiving groove and cells received in the well.
