METHOD FOR MARKING BENDING LINE OF ROUND T-BAR FOR VESSELS AND PROCESS BENDING MEASUREMENT METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for marking a round T-bar bending line of a vessel and a round processing measurement method thereof are provided to easily confirm straight line maintenance through utilizing bending line marking, thereby automating a handwork part and easily performing a measurement task. CONSTITUTION: A T-bar is modeled corresponding to a property of a member structure of a vessel, which the T-bar is applied, by using a CAD(Computer-Aided Design) system for vessel design(S201). The CAD system generates and verifies design data by marking and modeling a bending line based on a round T-bar design/processing program(S205). A member generation program generates CNC(Computerized Numeric Control) data by performing a member generation process and executing member nesting and verification based on a performance result and measures a round T-bar which is manufactured with the CNC data(S210). The design data is stored in a database server(S211).
