PURPOSE: A lens array and a stamp for a lens array and a lens array forming method are provided to manufacture a lens module which has high definition at the same time as saving manufacturing costs of the lens module. CONSTITUTION: A lens array(100) includes a lens-array first surface(110) and a lens-array second surface(120). A first surface of a first lens and a second surface(114) of a second lens are formed on the lens array first surface. A second surface(122) of the first lens and a first surface(124) of the second lens are formed on a lens-array second surface(120).
