PURPOSE: A minute particle jetting device is provided to disperse minute particle in the fluid inside a water tank, thereby improving the accuracy of flow measurement with respect to the fluid inside the water tank. CONSTITUTION: A minute particle jetting device comprises a tank(110), a minute particle stirring unit, and a minute particle mixed solution jetting unit(130). The tank includes an internal space for mixing minute particle dispersed in the fluid with a solvent. The minute particle stirring unit mixes the minute particles with the solvent flowing into the tank, thereby stirring the same. The minute particle mixed solution jetting unit is connected to the tank and jets minute particle mixed solution to the fluid.
