PURPOSE: A bio composite structural material and a method thereof are provided to evenly distribute structure components, thereby having a higher strength property than timber and recycling waste. CONSTITUTION: A method for continuously producing a bio composite structural material comprises the steps of: layering a bio composite surface material in a metal pipe(14) located on a metal conveyor belt(16), orienting a vegetable long fiber, layering a raw material, and layering a middle-surface material on the surface material; pre-compressing the composite layered material by a metal conveyor belt press at a range of one third of the thickness of a bio composite board, over-compressing at a range of four thirds thereof, and curing at a range of three thirds thereof; and manufacturing the composite layered material to have shapes of a column and a beam by bending, forming, and molding and by cooling, polishing, and cutting the composite layered material using a forming role(19) installed on a metal conveyor belt(16a) at an inner temperature of a bio composite board of an 80°C or more. |
