PURPOSE: A standing and portable plane heater is provided to prevent a PET(polyethylene terephthalate) film from warping by forming a plane heating element into a grid plane and to enable mass production of an inexpensive plane heater. CONSTITUTION: A plane heater comprises a stand main body(10) a plane hating element(20), and a charging battery. The plane heating element comprises a PET film in which a conductive circuit formed; a carbon black which is coated on the bottom and the top surface of the PET film. The plane heating element is wound around the outer periphery of the stand main body. The charging battery is installed inside of the plane heating element and supplies power to the conductive circuit. |
