PURPOSE: A validity inspection device between execution files of embedded software and a method thereof are provided to utilize HEX(HEXadecimal) code information stored in an info block of a memory block, thereby inspecting validity between the execution files of the embedded software. CONSTITUTION: A HEX code information definition unit(50) defines HEX code information of an execution file corresponding to a block in an info block which is implemented in blocks corresponding to execution files of embedded software. A HEX code validity verification unit(60) calls HEX code information defined in the info block of the blocks and inspects validity for HEX code information between the execution files. When the HEX code information is valid, a HEX code execution unit(70) executes a HEX code corresponding to execution order of the execution files.
