PURPOSE: An instrument panel for a vehicle is provided to decrease the failure rate of compression molding between a skin and a molding member by applying the molding member which is formed with a lattice air passage. CONSTITUTION: An instrument panel comprises a molding member(200) and a skin. One side(200a) of the molding member comprises a plurality of vacuum holes(210) and a plurality of compressors(220). A compressor is protruded in order to form a lattice air passage. The skin is arranged at one side of the molding member for being compressed.
