PURPOSE: A solar cell module is provided to improve the stability and reliability of a device by efficiently protecting solar cells against moisture and oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of solar cells include a rear electrode layer, a light absorption layer, and a front electrode layer which are successively arranged on a support substrate. A top panel(300) is arranged on the solar cells. Sealing layers(410,420) are arranged between an external region of the support substrate and the top panel and seal the support substrate and the top panel. A hygroscopic layer(500) is arranged between the sealing layers. |
