摘要 PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a lightweight and thin liquid crystal display device is provided to easily detach a thin glass substrate by decreasing the adhesion of an auxiliary substrate attached to the thin glass substrate. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary substrate is adhered to a thin glass substrate(S101,S102). A thin film transistor or a color filter layer and a common electrode are formed(S103,S104). The rubbing process of an alignment layer is performed(S105,S106). While a sealant is coated to form a preset seal pattern, liquid crystal is dropped to form a liquid crystal layer(S107,S108). The sealant bonds a first auxiliary substrate to a second auxiliary substrate(S109). A fluorine process is performed on the auxiliary substrate or a recess pattern is formed on the auxiliary substrate.
