A PHASE SHIFTER HAVING A GROUND-HOLE

PURPOSE: A phase shifter comprising a ground hole is provided to suppress PIMD(Passive Inter Modulation) by insulating a fixed substrate and a variable substrate. CONSTITUTION: A fixed substrate(100) forms a part of a pattern of a line on one plane and forms a ground hole for grounding. The line distributes an input signal and changes the phase of the input signal. A variable substrate(200) is installed with an insulation film as a boundary with one plane of the fixed substrate. The variable substrate forms a line dynamically with the fixed substrate by forming a pattern capacitively coupled with a pattern dynamically formed on the fixed substrate.
