PURPOSE: An elevating type door panel functioning as a draft and noise shield is provided to minimize introduced draft and foreign substances and to prevent an indoor temperature drop during winter by blocking a gap between door panels. CONSTITUTION: An elevating type door panel functioning as a draft and noise shield comprises a formed steel material and a draft blocking member(120). Multiple steel materials are consecutively and vertically assembled. The steel material is integrally formed with a joint assembling part and a supporting protrusion. The joint assembling part of the formed steel material is formed with a guide rail of which a cross section is shaped into a T. The draft blocking member internally and externally blocks a draft between door panels.
