PURPOSE: An unjustifiable femtocell use prevention method is provided to prevent unjustifiable use for a femtocell by determining the change of femtocell locations. CONSTITUTION: Time(M) between a point when power is lastly supplied to a femtocell and another point when the power is applied to the femtocell is compared with set time(N)(S200). A first location coordinate(A) of the point when the power is applied to the femtocell is compared with a second location coordinate(B) of the point when the power is lastly supplied to the femtocell(S300,S600). When the first location coordinate is different from the second location coordinate, the operation of the femtocell is stopped(S400,S700).
