PURPOSE: A preparation device for liquid medicine injection and a medicine packet are provided to inject liquid medicine by easily opening an opening part of the medicine packet. CONSTITUTION: A preparation device for liquid medicine injection comprises a main storage for liquid medicine (100) which concurrently injects liquid medicine into a plurality of medicine packets (300) which is horizontally combined and connects spaces between storage parts, and in which a plurality of storage parts which stores liquid medicine inside is equipped in parallel and liquid medicine moving parts which are holes for liquid medicine movement are formed; a plurality of pistons (200) which is formed to be inserted into the inside the storage part; outlets which are formed in front part of the main storage for liquid medicine and for discharging liquid medicine when the pistons are inserted; and a plurality of insertion parts(120) which is formed to be adjacent to the outlets and is formed to be corresponded to the size and shape of the opening part of the medicine packet in order to easily open the medicine packet when the liquid medicine is injected into the medicine packet.
