PURPOSE: An integrated circuit chip is provided to optimally transmit and receive data by properly combining a single ended method with a differential method to transmit and receive the data. CONSTITUTION: A high speed signal and a low speed signal are inputted to a first pad and a second pad. A first single ended type buffer(111) is connected to the first pad. A second single ended type buffer(112) is connected to the second pad. A differential type buffer(120) is connected to the first pad and the second pad. A strobe input unit(130) receives a strobe signal for the strobe of the high speed signal inputted to the first pad and the second pad.
