<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of abnormal noise and damage to parts during the generation of an overload to an electromagnetic clutch. <P>SOLUTION: When the overload is applied to a rotating shaft 4 and rotation is restricted in an electromagnetic clutch provided in a compressor and the like of a vehicular air conditioner to transmit power from an engine and the like to a rotating shaft 4, torsion torque larger than a predetermined magnitude is generated between the outer circumferential end and the inner circumferential end of a torque limiter 52 fixed between the cylindrical part of an inner ring 36 and a hub 48 which fractures a low strength part formed at the intermediate position in the radial direction of the torque limiter 52 over the entire circumference. Then, a member at the outer circumferential side from a fractured surface 52b is pushed forward by the elastic biasing force of a disc spring 54 interposed in a compressed state between the flange of the inner ring 36 and that of the hub 48 and pressed to the inner circumferential side from the fractured surface 52b of the torque limiter 52 to hold the torque limiter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
