PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a shipping instruction capable of eliminating secondary sorting work even when there are shipping instructions including individually-handling items requiring packaging.

SOLUTION: The information processing device capable of extracting a predetermined piece of shipping information from a plurality of pieces of shipping information includes: management means that manages the plurality of pieces of shipping information in which information identifying a type for every item is allocated; and first extraction means for extracting a piece of shipping information, in the plurality of pieces of shipping information managed by the management means, that includes one item in which information indicating that the item requires to be packed is allocated as the information identifying the type of the item.
