<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press apparatus that shows high uniformity in a pressing force against a die. <P>SOLUTION: The press apparatus includes: a support pedestal ; a plurality of supporting rods fixed to the support pedestal; an upper fixed pedestal fixed to a plurality of supporting rod while keeping its interval from the support pedestal; a movable pedestal arranged between the support pedestal and the upper fixed pedestal and movable between the support pedestal and a fixed pedestal while being fixed by the supporting rod; a movable-side die-compressor arranged on the movable pedestal on a side of the upper fixed pedestal; a fixed-side die-compressor arranged on the upper fixed pedestal on a side of the movable pedestal; a main rod connected to the movable pedestal on a side of the support pedestal; a plurality of sub-rods connected to the movable pedestal on the side of the support pedestal and arranged symmetrical with a connection position of the main rod as a center; and a driving part for moving the main rod and the sub-rods up and down. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
