<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fitting members formed with splines to each other. <P>SOLUTION: The method for fitting a splined part includes steps of: disposing a sun shaft 4 formed with an outer peripheral spline to a tool upper part 14; disposing a housing 2 formed with an inner peripheral spline so as to cover the sun shaft 4 therewith; pressing the sun shaft 4 so as to press down the sun shaft; matching phases of splined parts of the housing 2 and the sun shaft 4 with each other; and releasing pressure on the sun shaft 4. The step of pressing the sun shaft 4 includes processes for pressing downward the sun shaft 4 via an auxiliary tool 21 to disengage the meshing between the splines, and releasing the pressure of pressing downward the sun shaft 4 while bringing the auxiliary tool 21 into contact with a positioning post 15 by rotating the sun shaft 4 via the auxiliary tool 21 to fit the splines of both the members to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
