PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image processing method, and an image processing program and the like that enable improvement in grasping an imaging target imaged as a distorted circle image.

SOLUTION: A fisheye image is converted into fisheye image data that can be displayed on a fisheye image monitor 2. The fisheye image in a predetermined range based on a predetermined position is distortion-corrected into plane regular image data to be displayed on a plane regular image monitor 3 visibly in two dimensions. The fisheye image data or the plane regular image data is selectively outputted.
