<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make release easy, when releasing a press product having a negative angle, eliminating the risk of deforming the press product. <P>SOLUTION: The press die is configured to include an upper die having a right angle bending blade which performs a right angle bending processing and a slide cam which performs a negative angle bending processing, a lower die having a fixed die corresponding to the right angle bending blade, and at the same time, having a movable die in which a negative angle forming portion corresponding to the slide cam is made to be independent and a driver cam which guides the slide cam, and a panel lifter which contacts the end face of a right angle bent flange and extracts a work from the lower die, wherein after press forming the work, the right angle bent flange portion is moved toward a releasing direction by the panel lifter to lift the work, and at the same time, the movable die is moved toward the releasing direction in synchronization with the panel lifter to extract the work in the reverse direction to the processing direction of the negative angle forming. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
