摘要 PURPOSE: A semiconductor nanocrystal-polymer composite particle is provided to secure thermal stability of a semiconductor nanocrystal by containing an optimal proportion of semiconductor nanocrystal, polymer having a carboxylate anion group(-COO-), and metal positive ions. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor nanocrystal-polymer composite particle comprises a semiconductor nanocrystal, a polymer having carboxylate anions, and metal positive ions. The polymer having a carboxylate anion group can bind to the surface of the semiconductor nanocrystal, and the metal cation can bind to the carboxylate anion group. 50-10,000 parts by weight of the polymer having a carboxylate anion group are included based on 100.0 parts by weight of the semiconductor nanocrystal. The polymer having a carboxylate anion group includes a structure unit which has 1-100 mol% of carboxylate anion groups. The polymer having a carboxylate anion group has a melting point(Tm) in a 50-400°C range. The metal positive ion exists as 0.1-1.5 mol based on 1 mol of the carboxylate anion of the polymer.
