PURPOSE: A hinge device for a vehicle is provided to improve airtightness and to prevent a door from being opened by pressurizing a door in a closing direction to suppress a gasket. CONSTITUTION: A hinge device for a vehicle comprises an upper hinge device and a lower hinge device. The lower hinge device comprises a sliding movement member(25) and a sliding member. The sliding member is installed in a hinge shaft(11) protruded from a lower bracket(20) and forms a sliding inclined surface. The sliding movement member forms a slope and forms an overlap in a closing direction of a door(200) along the sliding inclined surface. The upper hinge device comprises an elastic spring in a hinge pipe and pressurizes the door with elasticity.
