PURPOSE: A method for ordering food using a mobile terminal and a system thereof are provided to provide a list of proper food courts according to the current position of a user. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal selects a food court and transmits information about the selected food court to a food order server(S610). The mobile terminal receives menu information from the food order server(S620). The mobile terminal selects at least one among the foods in the menu information and transmits order information about the selected food to the food order server(S630). The mobile terminal receives processing state information from the food order server(S640).
