PURPOSE: A composition for relaxation of endoplasmic reticulum stress or improvement of mitochondria function containing Angelicae dahurica extract or imperatorin is provided to be used for prevention or treatment of cancer, aging, Parkinson's disease, etc. CONSTITUTION: A medicinal composition for prevention or treatment of Parkinson's disease comprises Angelica dahurica extract and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The medicinal composition for prevention or treatment of Parkinson's disease comprises imperatorin, or a salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition improves relaxation of endoplasmic reticulum stress and/or mitochondria function. The composition is prepared as a medicine selected from a group consisting of a refinement, a troche, a lozenge tablet, liquor, jelly, an aqueous or oil suspension, a dispersive powder drug or granule, an emulsion, a hard or soft capsule, or a syrup or elixir.
