FERMENTED EAR SHELL EXTRACT AND ITS COSMETIC USAGE

PURPOSE: Skin moisturizer comprising abalone extracts is provided to have antioxidant activity and an ability to produce collagen and prevent the effect of MMP-1(matrix metalloproteinase). CONSTITUTION: A method of fermenting abalone extracts comprises the following steps: Abalone meat and pulverized abalone inner organs are mixed with water and vaccinated with lactobacillus and yeast. Fermented extracts are aged. The lactobacillus is selected from Lactobacillus sakei, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactococcus Lactis, Bacillus coagulance, and a mixed group comprising the same. The yeast is Bacillus subtilis. The moisturizer composition comprises 0.001-80 wt% of the abalone fermented extract based on the whole composition.
