PURPOSE: A portable underwater thrusting device is provided to prevent manpower and time loss by accurately exploring with increased underwater work efficiency at low costs. CONSTITUTION: A portable underwater thrusting device(100) comprises thrusters(110), weights(120), a multi-purpose belt(150), and batteries(130). The thrusters provide thrust force for assisting the underwater movement of a diver. The weights make the diver maintain neutral buoyancy underwater. The thrusters and the weights are mounted on the multi-purpose belt. The multi-purpose belt is installed on the waist of the diver. The batteries supply power to the thrusters and are mounted on the multi-purpose belt instead of the weights according to the maintaining range of the neutral buoyancy.
