Provided is a liquid agent supply device (1) which is capable of properly removing a liquid agent (5) from one end (36A) of a supply pipe (60). The liquid agent supply device (1) comprises a plurality of supply nozzles (36) which are disposed at regular intervals and through which the liquid agent (5) flows from each of a plurality of liquid agent bottles (23) that contain the liquid agent (5) toward a medication bottle (2). The plurality of supply nozzles (36) sequentially move to a supply position (SP) at which a supply nozzle (36) faces an upper opening (2A) of the medication bottle (2). The liquid agent supply device (1) further comprises a cleaning part (70) which removes the liquid agent (5) that is adhered to the supply nozzles (36) therefrom. The supply nozzles (36) sequentially move to a cleaning position (CP) at which the cleaning part (70) removes the liquid agent (5) from the supply nozzles (36). The cleaning position (CP) is provided at a position that is separated from the supply position (SP) by a distance (P1) shorter than the interval (P) between the supply nozzles (36).
