Abstract A corner guide for use by a bricklayer in the erection of a masonry structure, The 5 guide comprises: - an elongate vertical pole member, having a longitudinal axis, for positioning at a corner of said structure, and - at least two bracing legs. Each leg comprises: 10 - a lower end including a foot for contact with the ground, and - an upper end connected to the pole member by a pole connection means which provides for the legs to be tilted vertically.
