PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-stabilized pharmaceutical formulation that contains a substance capable of inhibiting a vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).

SOLUTION: Provided is a formulation for vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) specific fusion protein antagonist, containing a prelyophilized preparation, recomposition lyophilized preparation, and stable liquid preparation. It is desirable that the fusion protein has a sequence of SEQ ID NO : 4.
