<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a door is hard to open, by using the principle of leverage. <P>SOLUTION: A device for eliminating the difference between the internal pressure and external pressure in a hinged door comprises: a drive member which operates by control force of operation means; a slide control body which engages with the drive member and slides against energization force of energization means energizing in a prescribed direction by a drive force of the drive member; and a swing type pressing body of which inner end is connected to a tip part of the slide control body via connection means, and which is rotatably supported via a vertical shaft and has an engaging tip part always projected from a front of a housing on the side of the tip part. When opening the door, the engaging tip part of the swing type pressing body is contact-pressed via the drive member operating by the control force of the operation means and the slide control body so that the engaging tip part kicks out a contact part on a door frame side.
