<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance device that analyzes an information processor on the basis of off-line information on an apparatus body of the information processor such as an image forming apparatus, a maintenance method, and a maintenance program. <P>SOLUTION: A maintenance device includes: a reading unit that reads apparatus body identification information, apparatus type identification information, and apparatus body information including error information from an information processor; a storage unit that stores an apparatus body information table that includes registration error information associated with registered apparatus body identification information and registered apparatus type identification information; and an analyzing unit that analyzes the apparatus body information on the basis of the apparatus body information table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
