When performing the hoop winding, the support board 2 remains still in the axial direction and the rotating direction, and the hoop winding apparatus 3 rotates while moving in the axial direction, and wraps the fiber bundle R to the peripheral surface of the mandrel M by the hoop winding, and when performing the helical winding, the support board 2 rotates the mandrel M, while moving in the axial direction, and wraps the fiber bundle R to the peripheral surface of the mandrel M by the helical winding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
