<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a driver from being annoyed with collision avoidance control. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle control controller 12 selects a collision avoidance route corresponding to the steering of a vehicle 1 by a driver, and controls the vehicle 1 to travel based on the selected collision avoidance route.
