<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability at the time when a photographer operates a touch panel while looking through a finder. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device has: a finder having both an optical finder that enables observation of a subject optical image, and an electronic finder superposing an optical image from a display image of a display device on the subject optical image observed at the optical finder; a photographing lens that can change a focal length; a solid-state imaging element receiving incoming light from a subject through the photographing lens, and outputting a captured image signal depending on the subject optical image; and a touch panel for designating a position on the subject optical image observed at the optical finder by a touch operation. In the imaging device, a size of a touch region where the touch operation can be performed on the touch panel is changed to be smaller as the focal length becomes longer, and it is restricted that the size of the touch region becomes smaller than a limit size that is the minimum limit by which the touch operation can be performed (at steps S5 and S6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
