MOVING IMAGE EDITING DEVICE, MOVING IMAGE EDITING METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image editing device, a moving image editing method, and a program capable of creating a digest moving image by combining moving images which are taken at positions included within the same area.

SOLUTION: A moving image editing device 100 comprises: a moving image data acquisition unit 105 which acquires moving image data provided with positional information for identifying an image-taking place; an editing condition setting unit 103 which sets reference moving image data from the moving image data and sets an area relative to the image-taking place of the reference moving image data; and a moving image data editing unit 108 which identifies moving image data taken at a place positioned within the area from the acquired moving image data and combines the identified moving image data and the reference moving image data to create the digest moving image.
