<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface temperature sensor capable of accurately grasping a temperature of a sample surface, and to embody a corrosion testing machine which is capable of implementing, by using the temperature sensor, a corrosion test while maintaining the temperature of a sample surface without being influenced by salt adhered to the sample, and in which reproducibility of test is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The surface temperature sensor is composed of a metal plate and a temperature sensor adhered and arranged on the rear face of the metal plate. The corrosion testing machine is composed of a sample frame on which a sample and the sample surface temperature sensor are mounted, a humidity adjusting mechanism, a temperature adjusting mechanism, humidity detection means, the sample surface temperature sensor, and a control unit for controlling the humidity adjusting mechanism so that the humidity in a test tank becomes a set value on the basis of a humidity value detected by the humidity detection means, and for controlling the temperature adjusting mechanism so that the sample surface temperature becomes a set value on the basis of a temperature value detected by the sample surface temperature sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
