<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door structure configured to prevent blur of light of a courtesy lamp to improve seal stiffness in a seal line part, while improving mountability of the curtesy lamp and assemblability of a door trim. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle door structure of the vehicle is configured by arranging a resin module plate 5 in a door trim 7 and attaching the module plate 5 to a door inner panel 2 via a seal member 6 arranged in a seal line part 51. A projection part 52 projected toward the inside of the cabin substantially along the seal line part 51 is provided in the module plate 5. A curtesy lamp attaching part 53 extended to the vicinity of the door trim 7 is provided in the projection part 52.
