PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a conductive elastic roller which reduces weld and variations in a circumferential electric resistance, and to provide a device used for the method.

SOLUTION: A cross bore for inserting a stirring rod having an opening is provided in an annular channel of a crosshead die for manufacturing the conductive elastic roller. By inserting the stirring rod into the cross bore to stir a weld portion generated in a material for forming a conductive elastic layer supplied to the annular channel, the formation of the weld portion in the conductive elastic layer formed on an outer circumferential surface of a cored bar is reduced.
