<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector for vehicular lamp using as a base material a molded body molded using a molding material in which a hollow filler (also called a glass hollow body) is added to BMC, in which an aluminum reflection layer is not formed in the rear face and the aluminum reflection layer (reflecting surface etc.) is formed in a region other than the rear face and which has a high heat radiation performance. <P>SOLUTION: The reflector for vehicular lamp uses as a base material a molded body molded using a molding material in which a hollow filler is added to BMC, and includes a rear face, a front face on the opposite side to the rear face, and at least one reflection surface, as an aluminum reflection layer, which is formed by aluminum evaporated under vacuum on the front face. A rib which prevents the aluminum evaporated under the vacuum from turning into the rear face is provided in the outer circumference of the rear face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
