Optimized stringer run-out zones in aircraft components. These are arranged in a panel (11) of a composite material formed by a skin (13) and at least one reinforcing stringer (15) formed by a web (17) and a flange (19) connected to said skin (13); the stringer (15) having a run-out zone within said panel that is subjected to a high level of load; the stringer (15) having a web (17) of decreasing height in said run-out zone and a flange (19) with a first section (31) of a width that can vary between an initial value W1 and a final value W2, and a second section (33) with a width W2 in said run-out zone; the flange (19) and the web (17) of said stringer (15) having a decreasing thickness in said run-out zone in order to enhance the load transfer between the stringer (15) and the skin (13).
