PURPOSE: A web based online electronic book publishing system using a user oriented individual publication writing tool is provided to enable a general user to conveniently publish an individual publication by utilizing a web based writing tool. CONSTITUTION: A user accesses to a homepage, which provides a system, and performs member authentication(S10). The user inputs and edits content of an electronic book by using a web based publication writing tool(S20). The user requests to publish the electronic book as publications of various types(S30). The system registers the electronic book in a store corresponding to a user request(S40).
