<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic refrigerator that can enhance freezing efficiency more effectively. <P>SOLUTION: This cryogenic refrigerator 1 includes: a first displacer 2; a first cylinder 4 that forms a first expansion space 3 between the first displacer 2 and itself; a second displacer 5 connected to the first displacer 2; a second cylinder 7 that forms a second expansion space 6 between the second displacer 5 and itself; a helical groove 8 formed at the outer periphery of the second displacer 5 to helically extend from the second swelling space 6; a throttle part 9 communicating with the first displacer 2 side of the helical groove 8; and a flow passage 10 making the throttle part 9 communicate with the first expansion space 3 side so that the throttle part 9 is always positioned closer to the second expansion space 6 side rather than the first expansion space 3 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
