<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salted Kabosu obtained by blending with salt. <P>SOLUTION: The salted Kabosu is obtained by squeezing fruit juice of the Kabosu extracted from the Kabosu, inserting salt thereinto, drying the product in a refrigerator to hold the acidity, cutting the peel of the Kabosu small, drying the cut peel in the refrigerator to hold the perfume of the peel of the Kabosu and the green color of the peel.
