PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified target-specific and high affinity binding protein.

SOLUTION: This recombinant binding protein includes at least one derivative in an Src homologous 3 domain (SH3) of FYN kinase, where at least one amino acid located in the src loop or up to two amino acids adjacent to the src loop and/or at least one amino acid located in an RT loop or up to two amino acids adjacent to the RT loop is substituted, deleted or added. Further provided is a fused protein including the binding protein fused with a pharmaceutically and/or diagnostically active ingredients.
