<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a paste, capable of controlling viscosity easily and accurately, and to provide a circulating disperser. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the paste is the method of manufacturing the paste using the circulating disperser, wherein at least one parameter among a temperature of the paste, a flow rate of the paste and a specific gravity of the paste is measured by an inline. Also, the viscosity of the paste is measured by the inline. Then, the measured viscosity of the paste is corrected based on the measured parameter.
