MULTILAYERED CERAMIC SUBSTRATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered ceramic substrate and a method of manufacturing the same based on a non-shrinking sintering method where a ceramic substrate is not shrunk and an electrode pattern is freely shrunk in horizontal directions, to satisfy both fine line width and pattern position accuracy.

SOLUTION: The method includes: producing a ceramic laminate provided with an internal electrode circuit pattern; forming an organic layer outside the ceramic laminate; forming surface electrodes on the organic layer; and sintering the ceramic laminate including the organic layer and the surface electrodes formed thereon.
