<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die with which the lens for the optical pickup of high accuracy and other optical elements can be formed by suppressing a local deformation of the die when touching the nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: Since the touch force can be dispersed wide in a nozzle touch part 65a by the ellipsoid surface S31b that is a close contact surface of the nozzle touch part 65a and a local deformation of a first mold 41 in the nozzle touch part 65a periphery can be suppressed.
