<p>A tray (100) for packaging a liquid crystal display assembly (200). The tray (100) includes a panel carrier area (110) and an accessory carrier area (111) provided on either side of the panel carrier area (110). A packaging method for a liquid crystal display assembly (200), including the following steps: placing a first liquid crystal display assembly (200) into a tray (100), so that a liquid crystal panel corresponds to a panel carrier area (110), and a PCB and a flexible connection correspond to an accessory carrier area (111) on one side of the tray; placing a second liquid crystal display assembly (200) into the tray so that the liquid crystal panel corresponds to the panel carrier area (110) while the PCB and the flexible connection correspond to the accessory carrier area (111) on another side of the tray; and repeating the above steps until the packaging of all the liquid crystal display assemblies (200) is finished. Since an accessory carrier area (111) for placing an accessory of a liquid crystal display assembly (200) is provided on either side of a panel carrier area (110) of a tray (100), the liquid crystal display assemblies (200) can be placed in a staggered way inside the tray (100), avoiding that the accessory is damaged by pressing due to a larger carrier load on one side of the accessory carrier area (111), and at the same time shortening the height after the stacking of all the liquid crystal display assemblies (200) so that the tray (100) can stack more liquid crystal display assemblies (200).</p> |
